Your local Nottingham Mortgage Broker, specialising in First Time Buyer Mortgages, Re-Mortgages,  Home Mover Mortgages, Buy to let Mortgages, Help to Buy Mortgages, Adverse Credit Mortgages & Limited Company Mortgages”

Hi and thanks for looking at our website,

Allow me a friendly opportunity to introduce myself to all our site’s visitors,

My name is Tim Steer and I am your local Nottingham mortgage broker / Nottingham mortgage adviser,

I am uniquely qualified to look after your mortgage needs after gaining my qualifications through the Chartered Institute of Insurance.

What is important for you to know about us . . . . . . .

The business was started in 2014 on Daleside Road in Nottingham when I decided I wanted to help people get on to the property ladder, as my background is property and lots of it!

My approach is affable (friendly, good-natured, or easy to talk to, according to Google), enthusiastic, passionate, authentic, sincere and determined to get you in that house, to get you a better deal or to get you that investment property,

In 2018 we moved offices into Gothic House in the Lace Market in Nottingham city centre, across from Nottingham Ice Arena,

Our experience we bring to the table is second to none, we understand what you are seeking and we are able to offer an excellent solution,

We don’t confuse you with mortgage jargon, we are very straight talking and easy to understand, as you want to know there is a real human behind the website or at the other end of the phone,

We are here to solve all your mortgage problems and make the whole process easier for you,

Our goal is to get you that house or deal and we are achieving that for current customers,

We hope you will be next!

Every new customer represents a person whose trust has been earned. Every return customer represents a person whose trust continues to be held.”
